A seasoned technology executive with over three decades of experience leading digital transformation and IT strategy for organizations of all sizes. In the capacity of Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Bill is known for his visionary leadership, strategic foresight, and technical expertise in leveraging technology to drive business growth and innovation.
Early in his career, Bill rose through the Software Development channel with a focus on database management and enterprise applications. His early successes in creating information and value from data laid the foundation for his future leadership roles.
In the early 2000s, Bill transitioned into strategic management, where he led everything data services, for an early B2B Software as a Services (SaaS) internet monitoring service provider. His ability to align technology investments with business objectives earned him a reputation for delivering measurable results and enhancing operational efficiency.
Throughout his career, Bill has navigated the evolution of technology landscapes, from the rise of the internet and cloud computing to the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning into enterprise applications.
He has a deep understanding of the use and value of data and applying his forward-thinking approach has enabled him to stay ahead of technological trends and leverage emerging technologies to gain a competitive advantage.
As CIO, Bill has led large-scale digital transformation projects, overseeing complex IT infrastructures and guiding organizations through periods of rapid growth and change. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, empowerment, and a customer-centric approach to technology implementation.
Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Management Information Systems from Robert Morris University. Outside of his professional endeavors, Bill enjoys the great outdoors, hiking, camping and fly fishing with his wife.
